Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Quickbot platform operated by Quickbot (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Quickbot you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using Quickbot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quickbot.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

Quickbot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable plan limits.

Website crawling. The platform allows you to submit website URLs to build your chatbot’s knowledge base. By submitting a URL, you represent and warrant that you own that website or have received explicit authorization from its owner to crawl, index, and store its content. Quickbot uses crawled content solely to power your chatbot and does not share it with other users or use it for any other purpose.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full list of prohibited activities. In summary, you agree not to:

  • Use Quickbot to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute access to the service without written permission
  • Use automated scraping tools against our platform in ways that degrade performance for other users
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Create or operate chatbots that generate, facilitate, or distribute NSFW, adult, or sexually explicit content
  • Use chatbots to impersonate real individuals, businesses, or organizations without their explicit authorization
  • Build or operate chatbots intended for spam, phishing, social engineering, or any other deceptive or manipulative purpose
  • Submit website URLs that you do not own or lack authorization to crawl and index
  • Use chatbots to deliver regulated professional advice (medical diagnoses, legal representation, financial investment advice) in a manner that implies professional expertise or licensure without required disclaimers

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Billing is processed via Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By providing payment information you authorize Dodo Payments to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund window for paid plans. Requests made within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal will be honoured in full. No partial refunds are issued for unused time outside this window unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Quickbot platform are owned by or licensed to Quickbot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content and data you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quickbot is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
