Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the Quickbot platform. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users. By accessing or using Quickbot you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use Quickbot to build, train, and deploy AI chatbots that provide genuine value to your visitors — for example, answering product questions, providing technical support, or guiding users through your own service. You must use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these rules at all times.
2. Prohibited Chatbot Content
You must not use Quickbot to create or operate chatbots that:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or obscene content of any kind
- Impersonate a real person, company, brand, or public figure without their explicit authorization
- Engage in or facilitate spam, phishing, social engineering, or any deceptive practice intended to mislead users
- Provide or simulate regulated professional advice — including medical diagnoses, legal representation, or financial investment recommendations — without required disclaimers and appropriate professional oversight
- Spread misinformation, hate speech, or content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse users
- Promote or facilitate illegal activity, including unauthorized access to computer systems, fraud, or the sale of regulated or prohibited goods
- Collect sensitive personal information (passwords, payment card details, government ID numbers) from end users
3. Website Crawling Responsibilities
When you submit a website URL for training, you confirm that:
- You own the website or have received explicit authorization from its owner to crawl and index its content
- The content you are indexing does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- You will not submit URLs designed to access systems or data you are not authorized to reach
Quickbot crawls only publicly accessible pages and respects robots.txt directives. We do not crawl login-protected areas, admin panels, or API endpoints.
4. Platform Integrity
You must not:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, message quotas, or access controls
- Use the platform to benchmark, reverse engineer, or replicate our proprietary technology
- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code through any content you upload
- Interfere with or degrade the performance of the platform for other users
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or enforcement actions
5. Responsibility for End Users
If you embed a Quickbot chatbot on your own website or product, you are responsible for ensuring your end users interact with it in accordance with this AUP. You must not knowingly permit your chatbot to be used in ways that violate these rules.
6. Enforcement
We monitor accounts for compliance with this AUP and our Terms of Service. If we determine that your account or chatbot violates this policy we may, at our discretion:
- Issue a warning and require corrective action
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account
- Disable specific chatbots or remove content that violates this AUP
- Report violations to relevant authorities where required by law
Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this AUP or if you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it to support@quickbot.app. We investigate all credible reports.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of Quickbot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
